Job Summary
Our firm is seeking an Of Counsel Attorney to help with our high volume of cases in Family law. As an OC Attorney, you work with a senior attorney/partner on each case you are assigned. Personality is key. We are interested in someone who enjoys practicing law and is excited to sharpen their skills in a positive work environment under the mentorship of a Family law and Adoption Specialist. This position provides and requires hands on litigation experience. Your tasks, should you earn the position, include drafting legal documents, assisting with the discovery process, performing legal research, trial prep and execution for each case. Our ideal applicant has 6-8 years of litigating experience, preferably focused on employment law and/or family law.
