The Director of Ambulatory Applications is responsible for the strategic planning for the network, support, and maintenance of the domain within the electronic health record as part of Digital Technology Services (DTS) at Hackensack Meridian Health (HMH). Oversees the network implementation, support, lifecycle management, and strategy for all modules within their designated service areas and programs of oversight. This includes but is not limited to being responsible for implementation, build, ongoing optimization, and support for modules within their program tower. Spans multiple service areas including Ambulatory, home health and Hospice, Population Health, Patient Portal, and partner organizations. Embraces a true partnership model and establishes strong relationships across both clinical/business operations and DTS leadership teams.
