Thorndike Development is seeking an Assistant Sales Manager to join our rapidly growing team and assist in the sale of condominium homes at Larkwood, Thorndike’s newest condominium community in Raynham, MA. Strong opportunities for advancement. Must be willing to work a minimum of one weekend day. Competitive compensation based on experience.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and register prospective buyers;
• Tour model home with prospects;
• Present project to prospects
• Receive, organize and enter all new inbound customer leads into our Customer Relationship; Management software (CRM), HubSpot (training provided);
• Respond via email to customers online inquiries using CRM;
• Generate weekly sales reports;

Qualifications:

• Self-driven, independent worker who can motivate his or herself and others;
• Patient, methodical, organized approach in work;
• Strong people skills for customer interaction;
• Proficient computer skills in Microsoft office;
• Experience in Sales, Real Estate, or Property Management
