    Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and other educational training, participating in professional societies and industry networks, and reading professional and industry publications.

    Reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; bench marking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.

    Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

    Responsible for motivating and advising their reps to improve their performance, as well as hiring and training new sales representatives.
