Documents each application and produces a maintenance plan to ensure high availability and planned change control Partner with leaders of other disciplines to ensure proposed solutions align with information, technology, infrastructure, business and security architectures Develop, implement, and adhere to a code promotion process that will ensure that applications meet business requirements and systems goals, and fulfil end-user requirements. Collaborate with cross functional IT team members and leaders to deliver business objectives. Overall responsibility of application and integration design for the application and business areas Ensures applications have agreed disaster recovery, data backup, and archiving plans. Review and analyze existing applications effectiveness and efficiency, and then develop strategies for improving or leveraging these systems and processes Develop, distribute, and coordinate the appropriate reporting mechanisms, procedures, or disciplines required to create and maintain and environment of continuous improvement. Partner with Project Management team, as needed, in delivering projects successfully. Deliver small to medium sized projects Other duties as assigned **Qualifications** **Education Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science required ITIL Certification preferred **Work Experience Requirements:** 5 – 8 years relevant work experience 3 – 5 years supervisory experience Proven experience in an enterprise application support and project implementation in the HCM Working experience in the HCM suite of applications such as JDE Enterprise One, ORACLE Fusion, SAP, Workday or similar, managing either within a supplier or client environment. **Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Requirements:** Leadership and technical skills required to drive the delivery of service excellence with internal and external delivery teams. Proven decision making and problem-solving skill Expert knowledge of application support technologies and related documentation required. Demonstrated ability to interpret and translate technical and/or or complex concepts into information meaningful to project team members and/or business personnel. Demonstrated presentation and team facilitation skills Proven leadership abilities that promote growth and development of employees Excellent oral and written communication skills Strong interpersonal and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities Good project management skills and/or substantial exposure to project-based work structures. Experience in preparing project proposals and budgets Experience in analyzing new technologies and system enhancements.
