As Therma’s in-house Field Applications Engineer, you’ll be responsible for completing installations of hardware on HVAC/R equipment, assisting the team with R&D efforts to develop new solutions, vetting/training technicians nationwide to create a network, and troubleshooting issues as they arise to ensure customer success.
