Oversees sales demo preparation and delivery and facilitates technical requirements gathering sessions. Being a Applications Engineering Manager ensures the review of customer technical specifications is accurate and provides solid recommendations of specific products or services. Leads the planning and design of product configuration, custom solutions, enhancements, or upgrades and directs the delivery of problem resolution, repairs, or workarounds. Minimum Qualifications |
BS degree in engineering and/or equivalent experience plus appropriate continuous training.
7-10 years of progressive experience in manufacturing engineering.
Management experience
Experience leading mid to large size manufacturing projects.
Experience in a metal fabrication environment with laser cutting, press brake, machining and welding process technologies.
Experience in tool design and modifications.
A track record of successfully improving manufacturing process and reducing manufacturing costs.
