Position Description

Bridgenext is looking for a versatile Program Manager that can provide thought leadership to our clients, oversee and manage a variety of digital programs and set the strategic direction for the achievement of organizational goals. 

This role is highly dynamic and requires a combination of intuition, technical knowledge, leadership skills and the ability to navigate complex client engagements.  With a sharp business acumen and the capacity to implement high level program initiatives, the Program Manager will be responsible and accountable for ensuring the overall quality execution of technology and product build across multiple initiatives including CRM, Analytics, Creative and Digital projects. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform large-scale, complex digital delivery projects and program management on client engagements leading multiple digital delivery projects involving skills in scoping, planning and budgeting 
• Functioning as an engagement manager, collaborate directly with senior client stakeholders facilitating solutions encompassing engagement risk, project economics, defining deliverable content, required resources, reporting and timing for new initiatives 
• Identification of requirements needed from cross-functional teams and external vendors
• Act as a scrum master and product owner to ensure key milestones are met for multiple work streams, conducting scrum ceremonies, sprint planning and retrospectives.
• Perform hands-on delivery tasks and deliver against milestones including tollgates, MVP delivery and platform launches
• Using Jira and Confluence, direct team priorities and use as waypoints for feedback and project advancementProvide expert guidance and lead business development opportunities, including writing SOWs and presenting solutions to both new and existing clients
• Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel up to 25% for client engagements and meetings

Workplace: Remote, working from home and travelling to client office 2-3 times / week

Must Have Skills:

• 10 years of consulting experience in email-focused CRM projects, creative and content, analytics and/or digital, web, and app development as a Program Lead, Engagement Lead, or similar role
• 5 years of experience leading capabilities and/or large groups of individuals
• Experience in all phases of product development, software development, and testing life cycles
• Management experience in established technology and product departments with mature program management processes and standards for both Agile and waterfall project methodologies
• Experience with recruiting and building out teams; experienced management with a strong history of mentoring others
• Hands-on management of roadmaps and financials for programs with multiple work streams and $2M budgets
• Expert business operations experience including invoicing, SOW creation, profit margins and resource utilization
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to audiences of all levels including client facing skills
• Expert in agile software delivery methodologies: Scrum, Kanban, and Lean Experience working in Salesforce a plus
