Position Summary:
Responsible for ensuring total customer satisfaction within the Werfen installed base. Responsible for achieving installed base management and incremental sales goals for Werfen products within assigned geographic area. Direct management responsibility for Applications Consultants and Sr. Applications Consultants who perform installations, validations/verifications and training on Werfen analyzers. Manages on-going clinical support, customer education and consults with customers regarding matters of regulatory requirements and compliance. Conducts activities as directed by Management.
