Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Laborer to join our team. As a Laborer, you will be responsible for performing various tasks related to landscaping, plowing snow, and construction. This is a hands-on role that requires physical strength and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This is a great opportunity for someone with mechanical knowledge. Experience working with hand tools, power tools, zero mowers, and plowing snow is a plus. We would however be willing to train the right person.
Duties:
- Assist with landscaping operations
- Operate power tools and hand tools to complete assigned task
- Drive plow trucks -plow snow and spread salt
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow safety guidelines and protocols at all times
Experience:
- General knowledge in construction is a plus
- Mechanical knowledge is a plus
- Familiarity with power tools and hand tools
- Experience operating forklifts or other warehouse equipment is a plus
-Ability to plow snow is a plus
Requirements:
- Must have driver's license and be ready to show proof of license
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team
-Typical work week Monday -Thursday 10 hour days - must be on call during the winter for snow removal. There may be other circumstances that require overtime or to be on call.
