Description

The Sales Assistant will work with Sales Managers, Sales Support and Traffic teams to assist with a wide range of television sales-related functions including direct contact with clients and administrative tasks. 

Responsibilities 

• Order entry and sales reports for Managers and Account Executives 
• Work with WO Traffic, WO Media Sales and Microsoft Office 
• Work with customer relationship management system 
• Work directly with advertisers , agencies 
• Respond quickly and intelligently to viewer calls and inquiries 
• Provide exceptional customer service, both external and internal       
• Back-up Traffic and other sales support personnel as needed  
• Other duties as assigned. 

Requirements

• WideOrbit experience is preferred
• Good time-management, organization skills and attention to detail a must
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong computer skills—Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft office
• Must be flexible, able to adjust to changing demands, work in a deadline driven environment under pressure and able to multi-task
• Must have professional attire at all times
• Must be able to work standard office hours Monday through Friday
