Monitors operational metrics and processes and implements standard methodologies, tools, and best practices to ensure high-quality deliverables. Being an Applications Programming Supervisor supports multiple development projects with scheduling, planning, and resource allocation. Conducts feedback processes, including peer reviews, code reviews, and design reviews. Additionally, Applications Programming Supervisor fosters a performance culture using individual and team coaching and mentoring to achieve excellence. May supervise vendors or off-shore resources. Typically requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a manager. The Applications Programming Supervisor supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. The offices of KEYT OEYT KKFX and Telemundo have an opening for a full-time Office/Programming Assistant. This is a starter position, and we will train the right individual. We are seeking an individual willing to learn and take on new tasks as they come up. The primary functions of the position are to schedule programming for all our stations, assigning commercial copy, manipulate logs as necessary and act as a back-up to other Traffic personnel. Other duties may include downloading of commercial spots, and reconciling logs. As a hybrid position, other functions of the position include light front desk duties and assisting the HR/Business office in various duties as assigned. Knowledge and skills required for success in this role are: Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills; detail oriented with strong organizational skills; ability to function in time sensitive, high pressure situations; analytical and problem solving skills; basic computer skills; and ability to work in a team environment.
