Applications Programming Supervisor supervises the teams and daily activities needed for the analysis, testing, coding, and implementation of applications. Monitors operational metrics and processes and implements standard methodologies, tools, and best practices to ensure high-quality deliverables. Being an Applications Programming Supervisor supports multiple development projects with scheduling, planning, and resource allocation. Conducts feedback processes, including peer reviews, code reviews, and design reviews. Additionally, Applications Programming Supervisor fosters a performance culture using individual and team coaching and mentoring to achieve excellence. May supervise vendors or off-shore resources. Typically requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a manager. The Applications Programming Supervisor supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be an Applications Programming Supervisor typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor.     Position Requirements:

    The Programming Director will be entrusted with curating the overall Sunday and weekday experience. It's their responsibility to ensure the ambiance in the room and online aligns with the TC brand and culture, while also coordinating all visual and auditory elements, and delivering an exceptional, distraction free experience through producing.

    HANDS (Responsibilities Duties)

    • Ability to translate vision into action by developing engaging experiences that include but are not limited to guest experience, flow of events, and content creation.
    • Directs, develops, monitors and reports on programming operations within all functional areas.
    • Alerts Experience Director as appropriate of concerns, changes and progress, makes recommendations and implements solutions to problems.
    • Responsible for articulating event flow details in a professional manner to internal team members and external stakeholders.
    • Serve as needed in multiple Producer role capabilities including but not limited to executive, senior and lead producer.
    • Oversee the execution of all Sunday experiences, weekday experiences and special events in a manner that aligns with organizational goals and vision.
    • Ability to lead a team internally and externally while fostering a productive and resourceful work culture.
    • Ability to work and collaborate with other departments to seek functional synergies to organize and streamline programming.
    • Provides clear, concise and timely communication of directives cross-departmentally.
    • Ability to lead multiple projects at one time.
    • Work with the Experience Director to communicate and carry out directives to the programming department and any collaborative departments.
    • Facilitate weekly team meetings and 1:1 meetings to ensure development of the team.
    • Solutions oriented mind-set and ability troubleshoot and think critically to find ways to innovate and solve problems.
    • Focus on 9-12 months out of vision for upcoming large scale events and logistics.
    • Develops short-and long-term planning for the department consistent with the organization's strategic goals for Transformation Church.
    • Plans, develops, and implements annual operating budget for the department; analyzes financial reports; and approves budget.
    • Cast and carrier vision while examining all special events and planned programs and conduct event debriefs to provide recommendations for continually improvement.
    • Responsible for overseeing relevant HR functions for functional areas of responsibility, including staffing and hiring decisions, as well as evaluating, motivating, and guiding the team in spiritual and professional growth.

    HEAD (Knowledge Training)

    • REQUIRED: Minimum 5 Years of Professional Experience
    • Ministry experience preferred
    • Ability to work systematically while managing multiple tasks.
    • Ability to resolve conflict in a calming manner.
    • Ability to develop teams and empower other leaders.
    • Self-awareness to identify strengths and weaknesses.
    • Competency in Google suite, planning center online, shoflo, adobe suite, frame.io.
    • Must have a basic understanding of the following programs: Ross XPression, Disguise GX3, and Renewed Vision ProPresenter.
