Core Accountabilities: 

• Provide Educational Technology guidance and expertise for grades K-­12 faculty, especially in the areas of iPads, Chromebooks, and G Suite for Education.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to design, develop, and deliver Educational Technology initiatives that align with the mission of the school and the needs of the classroom.                  
• Assist the Director of Educational Technology in administering and fully utilizing the school’s Mobile Device Management (MDM) system and other digital content management systems.
• Provide support for educational technology devices, systems, and content.
• Train licensed and classified staff in use of appropriate technology resources.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Essential Knowledge:

• Knowledge of a wide range of computer systems software, applications, hardware, networking, and communications.
• Ability to perform routine preventive maintenance on systems software, applications, hardware, networking, and communications.
• Knowledge of current technological developments/trends in area of focus.
• Records maintenance skills.
• Ability to provide direction to staff and/or student to resolve technological issues.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community.
• Ability to analyze and resolve basic computer problems.

• Qualified candidates should possess a combination of education and experience that enables them to provide technology support to staff and students.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
