Applications Support Specialist (PERM)
Location: Miami, FL
Salary: up to $110-$125K (flexibility depending on experience)
Position Summary:
The Application Support Specialist will be responsible for the design, customization, support and maintenance of all software applications for multiple office locations on the east coast. Under general supervision, the individual will perform software installations and upgrades, plan, configure and maintain Windows server environments, including configuring and managing Citrix policies, profiles, resource allocation, implementing and managing Citrix updates, patches and upgrades. The successful candidate will have a high level of interpersonal and technical skills, must enjoy staying abreast of new technologies as well as possess analytical capabilities and have a passion for providing the best service to end users.
