    Your Mission

    As our IT Support Field Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in our clients’ success by implementing strategic IT improvements. In this role, you will collaborate with team leads to establish secure, scalable on-premise and cloud-based environments for small to medium-sized businesses. Additionally, you will develop robust network security protocols to safeguard client data. This diverse role extends beyond merely setting up new infrastructures; it also involves proactive troubleshooting and preventing future issues.     Key Responsibilities

    • Deliver exemplary onsite technical support and strengthen client relationships while working in the same manner with all team members.
    • Recommend and assist in the implementation of technology solutions from our solution set.
    • You'll be advising clients on integrating advanced cybersecurity measures like multi-factor authentication, automatic password rotation on privileged accounts, role-based access polices, conditional access, and end-to-end encryption.
    • Assist in the development and refinement of security, business continuity, and disaster recovery plans.
    • Make our point of contact, at each client site, a hero within their organization.
    • Ensure service levels meet company standards.
    • Provide training and support to customers, collaborating closely with technical leads.
    • Assist in client infrastructure projects for efficient operation and effective issue resolution.
    • Document IT processes within our tools.
    • Liaison with third-party vendors with professionalism.
    • Stay current with technological advancements.
    • Effectively communicate complex technical solutions with clients demonstrating the strategic benefits to their business.

    What You’ll Need

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
    • Relevant Microsoft Certifications, such as Azure Fundamentals.
    • At least 4 years of experience in a similar role, MSP experience is a plus.

    Key Skills:

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Azure, on-prem Windows servers, and network architecture.
    • Experience with Microsoft Intune, Autopilot and MDM.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
    • Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
    • Proven problem-solving abilities and a self-driven approach.
    • Excellent communication skills for effective interactions across organizational levels.
    • Must have a valid driver's license.
