Being an Applications Support Technician assists in the formulation of procedures and best practices for users of applications. Typically requires an associate degree or its equivalent. Additionally, Applications Support Technician typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Applications Support Technician possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. Job description
LACOSTA Facility Services conducts background checks and pre-employment drug screens
LACOSTA Facility Support Services is looking for a 1st Shift Team Member to take care of our facilities and carry out cleaning and maintenance duties.
The goal is to keep our building in a clean and orderly condition.
Responsibilities
- Clean, stock and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning, etc.)
- Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities / tasks
- Carry out cleaning tasks and special projects
- Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
- Stock and maintain supply rooms
- Cooperate with the rest of the staff
- Follow all health and safety regulations
Skills
- Proven working experience as a cleaner
- Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery
Compensation
$16 / hour weekly pay
Schedule
Mon - Fri, 7 : 00AM-3 : 30PM
