Minimum Qualifications:
· Proven history of technical accomplishment, leadership, planning & coordinating, and executing on multiple projects simultaneously.
· Proven experience working with a technical team in a product development environment.
· 10 Years minimum experience in Apps/Design engineering for Power Applications
o AC-to-DC and/or DC-to-DC converter design
o Detailed circuit design, not "cookbook" usage of reference designs
o Proficient in power semiconductor characteristics
o Diodes, MOSFETs, IGBTs, and Power ICs
o Proficient in End to End Power conversion Applications
· BSEE, MSEE preferred, or equivalent years of experience
· Use of Simulation or Analytical tools of power-switching circuits
Management/Organizational Skills:
Good communication skills. Practice a disciplined approach to problem solving. Able to make timely intelligent decisions regarding the execution of multiple parallel projects.
