The Systems Analyst Associate supports assigned operating systems and networks. The Associate is responsible for the installation, upgrades and maintenance of assigned application software and operating systems.

Required Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or other field of study; or equivalent required experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.

Licensure: None.

Experience: None (with IT related bachelor’s degree), Three (3) years of experience (with associate degree) or Five (5) years of experience (with no degree) maintaining operating systems and applications; and programming micro, mainframes and network technologies.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: Knowledge of operating systems and application software. Ability to perform system analysis and testing. Excellent time-management and organization skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
Education: None.

Licensure: None.

Experience: None.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
