Job Summary: The Level I Business Application Analyst (BAA) supports and enhances our E1 system to meet business needs. Responsibilities include collaborating on system improvements, implementing data quality checks, and executing data integrations. The BAA will develop a strong understanding of the E1 data model, assist in merger and acquisition integrations, and facilitate new item code implementation. Providing tier I user support, resolving queries, and ensuring efficient application usage is also part of the role.

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior team members to contribute to E1 system improvements, ensuring they meet basic business needs.
• Assist in implementing basic data quality checks to ensure data accuracy and availability.
• Work closely with team members, including programmers, analysts, and managers, to support E1 related initiatives and projects.
• Learn about basic data integration patterns and assist in designing simple data integrations between systems.
• Develop a working knowledge of the E1 data model
• Support M&A integration activities by executing onboarding of foundational system data such as customers, vendors, and item codes.
• Support implementation of new item codes as directed.
• Provide tier I user support by addressing queries and assisting with issue resolution to ensure efficient software usage.
• Execute deployments for changes to the E1 application
• Other relevant duties as assigned.

Education, Licensure & Certifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Information Technology, or coursework in related subject required.

Experience:

• 1 years experience supporting Business Software Applications
• Familiarity with JD Edwards Enterprise One or similar program.

Knowledge, Skills, Capabilities:

• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Eagerness to learn and contribute in a team environment
• Experience with SQL, TSQL and PLSQL preferred.
• Experience with any scripting language such as Python or Ruby preferred.
• Experience with CSV files and Microsoft Office preferred.
