Job Summary
With a patient centered culture, the Senor Application Analyst will provide a positive experience to CUSTOMERS/ PATIENTS/ COMMUNITY through providing functional support, design, instruction, oversight and guidance of the hospital clinical applications to enable the achievement of success in the business operation at the System and applicable facilities. These responsibilities include but are not limited to: developing system strategies with management and other stakeholders, conducting business needs analyses, identifying and mitigating project risks, supporting the applications users and assisting in the implementation of all clinical application projects.
Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferably in clinical or healthcare industry.
Experience
At least five years’ experience in or supporting hospital clinical environment, EMR systems in a hospital environment or equivalent Healthcare background preferred. Expertise in a minimum of two healthcare clinical application modules/applications as a super user or information technology support analyst. Proven ability to understand business and financial issues and objectives as well as the ability to translate them into application solutions. Possesses understanding in the areas of application configuration and database concepts. Established project manager of large scale large projects of 2-6 team members, with experience executing on structured Project Management methodology. Preferred experience with Cerner Millennium products.

Must be willing to travel locally to other system locations
