    A Lending Applications Systems Administrator to join our team! As the Lending Applications Systems Administrator you will be responsible for the planning and executing upgrades, maintenance, and troubleshooting of critical applications and systems in use by the Consumer, Mortgage, and Business Lending departments. In this role you will contribute towards the system's design by fully understanding the business requirements and translating those requirements into actionable system features for successful system development by centralized IT Solutions. As the Lending Applications Systems Administrator you will be responsible for testing and direct ongoing administration of assigned enterprise solution software and acting as a resource for system changes or upgrades. In this role you will interface with branches and departments of the Credit Union, vendors, and consultants to solve problems.

    As a Lending Applications Systems Administrator you will…

    • Provide user support for daily business procedures, troubleshoot complex or escalated issues promptly, and escalate items to additional tech support and/or vendor support as needed.
    • Liaise with multiple departments and outside vendors to understand business processes and functions.
    • Provide Tier 3 support for assigned systems. Work with vendors to resolve complex issues.
    • Administer, maintain, monitor, and repair assigned applications and parent systems. Includes diagnosing and assisting in resolving configuration and hosting of those applications on-premises or in the cloud as part of maintenance and troubleshooting.
    • Plan and coordinate testing changes across multiple environments (TEST, STAGE, PROD), upgrades, and new services, ensuring systems will operate correctly in current and future environments.
    • Research and recommend innovative and automated approaches for system administration tasks.
    • Monitor equipment to detect errors that signal malfunction in communications software or hardware.
    • Collaborate with project managers, business management, other business partners, and subject matter experts to receive enhancement requests and maintain accurate documentation.
    • Use technical expertise to collaborate with IT and other SCU interfacing system administrators to provide a consistent member experience across all channels. Desired expertise in Windows Server operating systems, Office 365, imaging and document storage solutions, and proficiency in data retrieval, networking, system security/SSO, and incident resolution a plus.
    • Develop and maintain procedural documentation, test plans and test scripts. Document escalated resolution steps for Tier 1/2 technicians to follow for future troubleshooting.

    Qualifications


    Our ideal candidate will bring to the team…

    • Three or more years of experience in enterprise-scale applications and system hardware, upgrades, installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
    • Demonstrated experience in related systems administration in a bank or credit union, analyzing technological alternatives, presenting solutions, and exposure to mid to large-size enterprise environments, preferred.
    • High School Diploma or equivalent experience in technical support role or lending support role required.

    Your compensation:

    At Sound Credit Union we believe in paying our employees a fair and living wage. Individual offers are made dependent upon a candidate’s prior experience and education level as it pertains to their role. Our pay ranges are built to allow for candidates with various levels of skill and experience to be considered, as well as for room for growth and tenure achieved in a role over time. Typical new hire salary offers fall within the minimum to midpoint of a pay range for many candidates, which allows us to offer merit-based salary increases.

    Minimum: $ 75,200
    Midpoint: $94,000
    Maximum: $112,800

     

    Your hours:

    A hybrid schedule Monday - Friday: 8 am - 5 pm with occasional availability on evenings and weekends for systems updates and projects.

    In your role you will have the ability to combine in-person and remote work.
