The Foundation seeks a manager of Systems and Applications to join its Business Technology unit to lead and coordinate the efforts of several important IT functions. Reporting to the director of Business Technology, the manager of Systems and Applications will be integral to leading and coordinating efforts for several important technology functions, including team resources and support for security, applications and development. The role will directly manage several staff members as well as external contractors that provide all Foundation staff with daily IT support and guidance. As a new role, this position offers opportunities to foster collaboration and innovation with the director and other stakeholders, as well as alignment and collaboration between unit resources and standard operating procedures that ultimately aim to support staff and serve the Foundation’s mission.       

Qualified candidates will have the following:  

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is strongly preferred
• Minimum of five years experience in an IT or technical role
• At least three years’ experience in a leadership role, leading IT or technical teams of at least five people
