CNC Swiss Programmer

Must be able to develop and optimize CNC Swiss programs to produce high-precision components efficiently.

Must be familiar with Star and Citizen Swiss machines.

Process Improvement Identify and implement process improvements to enhance production efficiency, reduce waste, and ensure product quality.

Tooling Selection, select appropriate tooling and cutting parameters for CNC Swiss machining operations.

Quality Control, collaborate with quality assurance to ensure products meet or exceed industry standards.

Training, Train and mentor machine operators and production personnel in CNC Swiss processes.

- Proven experience in CNC Swiss machining processes and programming.

- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (Partmaker etc).

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

- Willingness to stay current with industry trends and advancements.

-Fanuc and Mits controllers is not required, but a huge plus.
