Appraiser (Commercial Real Estate) conducts commercial real estate appraisals and property ratings to establish the market value generally used for investment guidance, lending, insurance, or other purposes. Follows standard processes for conducting and documenting on-site property inspections. Being an Appraiser (Commercial Real Estate) performs data collection and research on building permits, prior assessments, and relevant market and economic conditions that impact property value. Reviews building plans and specifications and investigates the quality of the construction, the overall condition of the property, and the surrounding location. Additionally, Appraiser (Commercial Real Estate) uses generally accepted appraisal practice concepts and practices to perform data analysis, develop valuation estimates, and write comprehensive reports and exhibits. Utilizes appraisal software tools and databases. Ensures that reports comply with required policies, formats, and regulations. May require a bachelor's degree. May require the Member of the Appraisal Institute (MAI) or similar designation. Requires a State Appraiser License. Typically reports to a manager. The Appraiser (Commercial Real Estate) work is highly independent. May assume a team lead role for the work group. A specialist on complex technical and business matters. We are seeking individuals that are interested in joining our grounds crew, part-time, full-time and seasonal positions are available.
Responsibilities include:
- Clean and process Bricks and Timber salvage materials from demolition projects.
- Perform various groundskeeping tasks to maintain the appearance and functionality of outdoor spaces.
- Operate equipment and tools necessary for grounds maintenance.
- Mow lawns, trim trees, and perform landscape maintenance, weeding.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment and tools.
- Ensure proper care of plants, flowers, and gardens.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
Position requires heavy lifting (over 50 pounds), standing and walking for extended periods of time, bending at the waist, climbing, crawling, kneeling, reaching, pulling, pushing, carrying, climbing ladders and working at heights or in cramped or restrictive work chambers; dexterity of hands and fingers to operate equipment, hand and power tools, seeing to observe needed repair and driving from site to site to conduct work.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to an outdoor environment and subject to adverse weather conditions. Ability to tolerate changes in weather and be ability to complete tasks inside and outside is required.
