Appraiser (Commercial Real Estate) conducts commercial real estate appraisals and property ratings to establish the market value generally used for investment guidance, lending, insurance, or other purposes. Follows standard processes for conducting and documenting on-site property inspections. Being an Appraiser (Commercial Real Estate) performs data collection and research on building permits, prior assessments, and relevant market and economic conditions that impact property value. Reviews building plans and specifications and investigates the quality of the construction, the overall condition of the property, and the surrounding location. Additionally, Appraiser (Commercial Real Estate) uses generally accepted appraisal practice concepts and practices to perform data analysis, develop valuation estimates, and write comprehensive reports and exhibits. Utilizes appraisal software tools and databases. Ensures that reports comply with required policies, formats, and regulations. May require a bachelor's degree. May require the Member of the Appraisal Institute (MAI) or similar designation. Requires a State Appraiser License. Typically reports to a manager. The Appraiser (Commercial Real Estate) work is highly independent. May assume a team lead role for the work group. A specialist on complex technical and business matters.     Full-time Hourly Position ranging from $14-$17 depending on experience benefits. Located in Santa Fe, NM. Working out of our Office in Santa Fe.

    POSITION SUMMARY: The Day Porter is responsible for the appearance and upkeep of the grounds of the campus, located at our Santa Fe property, in a clean, attractive, orderly, safe, and healthy condition. The ideal candidate must take pride and ownership in their position and uphold the image of a Class A property. This person must enjoy problem solving, have an honest work ethic, and remain motivated.



    Essential Duties and Functions/Responsibilities/Tasks:

    • Work under direction of the Facilities Manager/Supervisor.
    • Maintain a high level of positivity and professionalism with office tenants, visitors, team members, and vendors.
    • Respond to work orders in a timely manner and perform routine property upkeep.
    • Maintain parking lots, walkways, garages, and entryways, including trash, leaves, snow and ice removal, as needed.
    • Remove trash from receptacles and grounds throughout the outside of the property, including garage, recycling/dumpster area and stairwell areas.
    • Wipe down garage surfaces such as handrails, elevator buttons and exterior furniture.
    • Maintain men's and women's bathrooms in the 1st floor hallway.
    • Inspect grounds and equipment for conditions and items that need attention, report to management at the end.
    • Keep track of cleaning supply inventory and update office on a weekly basis when supplies are running low. Then receive and organize supply shipments.
    • Report any maintenance/repair issues you find (lights out, broken elevator buttons etc.)
    • Respond to special requests of Property Management reported by engineers, management, or tenants
    • Ensure that all work activities conform to all safety, sanitation, and health regulations and policies.
    • Other duties as assigned consistent with the functions of this position as needed at any of the properties.

    Requirements:

    Qualifications:

    • 1 years of porter or janitorial experience required.
    • Hospitality experience a plus.
    • Frequent walking, standing, climbing, lifting, stooping, or carrying of equipment and materials may be required; mostly outdoors some indoors, and confined spaces.
    • Ability to push/pull/lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
    • May be exposed to extreme or variant NM temperatures, high and precarious locations, moving mechanical parts, and vibrations.
    • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including long hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.
    • Must have current, unrestricted driver's license and be able to maintain company group insurance.
