Appraiser (Commercial Real Estate) conducts commercial real estate appraisals and property ratings to establish the market value generally used for investment guidance, lending, insurance, or other purposes. Follows standard processes for conducting and documenting on-site property inspections. Being an Appraiser (Commercial Real Estate) performs data collection and research on building permits, prior assessments, and relevant market and economic conditions that impact property value. Reviews building plans and specifications and investigates the quality of the construction, the overall condition of the property, and the surrounding location. Additionally, Appraiser (Commercial Real Estate) uses generally accepted appraisal practice concepts and practices to perform data analysis, develop valuation estimates, and write comprehensive reports and exhibits. Utilizes appraisal software tools and databases. Ensures that reports comply with required policies, formats, and regulations. May require a bachelor's degree. May require the Member of the Appraisal Institute (MAI) or similar designation. Requires a State Appraiser License. Typically reports to a manager. The Marketing Specialist will provide excellent efficiency of work, implement creative thinking, utilize strategy, and provide both graphic design and digital marketing skills. As a Marketing Specialist you will be an integral part of the development and execution of marketing plans to reach targets from brand awareness to property promotion. RESPONSIBILITIES
Design and create marketing packages for a variety of real estate listings, proposals, pitches, broker opinion of values, and other specialized projects.
Design and create both print and digital mapping, market tour books, and any custom marketing requests from our advisors or clients.
Create email and digital marketing campaigns for both inbound and outbound marketing.
Design and create a variety of company-focused advertisements, graphics, animations, or video marketing.
Implement marketing strategy into every project, getting into the clients mind.
Analyze marketing data and anlaytics for a variety of mediums.
Collaborate with both the marketing and research teams to produce various reports and graphics on a regular basis.
Effectively communicate through drafting property descriptions, blogs, market trends, emails, and a variety of other written tasks.
Create any custom marketing piece at any time that incorporates the Advantage brand.
Implement creative thinking on properties and portfolios from a design perspective.
QUALIFICATIONS
3 or more years of Adobe Creative Suite experience.
3 or more years of Microsoft Suite experience.
Experience in the real estate industry is preferred.
Be a marketing expert. It’s imperative that you suggest, recommend, and envision what a project can or should look like.
Self-sufficiency is critical in this role and having the ability to complete a project with little questions asked is key.
