Appraiser (Residential Real Estate) conducts residential real estate appraisals to establish the market value generally used for lending, insurance, or other purposes. Follows standard processes for conducting on-site property inspections, data collection, and research relevant market conditions required to perform valuations. Being an Appraiser (Residential Real Estate) investigates the quality of the construction, the overall condition of the property, and the surrounding location. Uses generally accepted appraisal practice concepts and practices to perform data analysis, develop valuation estimates, and write comprehensive reports and exhibits. Additionally, Appraiser (Residential Real Estate) utilizes appraisal software tools and databases. Ensures that reports comply with required policies, formats, and regulations. May require a bachelor's degree. May require the Member of the Appraisal Institute (SRA) or similar designation. Requires a State Appraiser License. Typically reports to a manager. The Appraiser (Residential Real Estate) occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function.     Responsibilities:
    - Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
    - Provide guidance and support throughout the entire real estate transaction process
    - Conduct market research to determine property values and competitive prices
    - Create and maintain listings of available properties
    - Show properties to potential buyers or tenants
    - Market properties through various channels, including online listings and advertisements
    - Negotiate contracts and terms of sale or lease agreements
    - Coordinate property inspections, appraisals, and other necessary steps in the transaction process
    - Stay updated on real estate laws, regulations, and market trends

    Skills:
    - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, colleagues, and other professionals in the industry
    - Multilingual abilities to cater to a diverse client base
    - Knowledge of real estate law and regulations to ensure compliance throughout transactions
    - Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive experience for clients
    - Sales skills to effectively market properties and negotiate deals
    - Organizational skills to manage multiple clients and transactions simultaneously
