Appraiser (Residential Real Estate) conducts residential real estate appraisals to establish the market value generally used for lending, insurance, or other purposes. Follows standard processes for conducting on-site property inspections, data collection, and research relevant market conditions required to perform valuations. Being an Appraiser (Residential Real Estate) investigates the quality of the construction, the overall condition of the property, and the surrounding location. Uses generally accepted appraisal practice concepts and practices to perform data analysis, develop valuation estimates, and write comprehensive reports and exhibits. Additionally, Appraiser (Residential Real Estate) utilizes appraisal software tools and databases. Ensures that reports comply with required policies, formats, and regulations. May require a bachelor's degree. May require the Member of the Appraisal Institute (SRA) or similar designation. Requires a State Appraiser License. Typically reports to a manager. The Appraiser (Residential Real Estate) occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Project Manager - Residential Real Estate

  • This position is perfect for the person who likes a fast-paced environment with the opportunity to continue learning and building off your project management skills and experience. We are looking for someone near Conyers, GA who can manage multiple projects using our proven project management systems. You will be given the independence and autonomy to make decisions within predetermined parameters and improve our current system. In addition, you will be compensated with a bonus structure that highly rewards great work!

    Compensation:

    $100,000 yearly

    Responsibilities:

    • Plan and manage residential rehab projects from start to finish ensuring each project is completed on time, on budget, and of good quality.
    • Manage quality control of projects by inspecting work and verifying processes are being followed.
    • Improve systems and processes within our construction operations.
    • Streamline construction operations (time and money) to maximize profitability.
    • Oversee contractors on our residential construction projects.

    Qualifications:

    • Self-motivated: doesn’t wait for specific directions or ideas. Brings new ideas to the table and takes action to move things forward. We will teach you what you need to know about using our established systems, but we want someone who will look to implement new ideas and improve operations.
    • Dynamic, fast learner. Ability and desire to constantly learn and improve is a must.
    • Organized: strong at follow-up and follow through with strong attention to detail.
    • 1 years (successful) experience in project coordination/management preferred. A proven track record in construction project management is a major plus, but much of this can be taught to the right person.
    • Tech-savvy: must be able to navigate our online systems. We use One Drive and Asana (easy to learn) along with other web-based systems. You Must be comfortable using a smartphone, computer, and Microsoft Outlook.
    • Reliable transportation to and from projects.

    This position offers a base salary plus bonuses based on your performance. Most work is done Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm, but must be flexible on an as-needed, exception basis should the need arise.
