A well-established and growing suburban law firm in Easton MA seeks a candidate for an immediately available position. We offer a competitive compensation package, including 75% of your health insurance paid by the firm, 401k with match and paid vacation time.

Applicants must have at least 4 years relevant residential and/or commercial conveyancing experience and will independently coordinate and manage multiple closings as well as have knowledge of title requirements for real estate transactions.

Every day is different in this business but key tasks for the position would be to manage the file once it is opened through closing, including settlement statement preparation.

A successful candidate will be a self-starter who thrives under pressure, while paying attention to details and deadlines, with a keen sense for problem solving and can work in a team environment.

Software experience using Outlook, E-Closing and Simplifile. Compensation based upon experience.
