Appraiser (Residential Real Estate) conducts residential real estate appraisals to establish the market value generally used for lending, insurance, or other purposes. Follows standard processes for conducting on-site property inspections, data collection, and research relevant market conditions required to perform valuations. Being an Appraiser (Residential Real Estate) investigates the quality of the construction, the overall condition of the property, and the surrounding location. Uses generally accepted appraisal practice concepts and practices to perform data analysis, develop valuation estimates, and write comprehensive reports and exhibits. Additionally, Appraiser (Residential Real Estate) utilizes appraisal software tools and databases. Ensures that reports comply with required policies, formats, and regulations. May require a bachelor's degree. May require the Member of the Appraisal Institute (SRA) or similar designation. Requires a State Appraiser License. Typically reports to a manager. The Appraiser (Residential Real Estate) occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Greet incoming clients and visitors for the different companies. Operate multi-line phone system, clerical duties, and assist with office operations.
Real Estate Assistant -
Assist real estate broker / manager with the operations of managing rentals, associations, commercial properties - plus brokerage operations. Including contacting/scheduling vendors, contractors, setting up showings, and projects. Also, calendaring appointments and assisting with following up on supervisor's outstanding tasks.
