Appraiser (Residential Real Estate) conducts residential real estate appraisals to establish the market value generally used for lending, insurance, or other purposes. Follows standard processes for conducting on-site property inspections, data collection, and research relevant market conditions required to perform valuations. Being an Appraiser (Residential Real Estate) investigates the quality of the construction, the overall condition of the property, and the surrounding location. Uses generally accepted appraisal practice concepts and practices to perform data analysis, develop valuation estimates, and write comprehensive reports and exhibits. Additionally, Appraiser (Residential Real Estate) utilizes appraisal software tools and databases. Ensures that reports comply with required policies, formats, and regulations. May require a bachelor's degree. May require the Member of the Appraisal Institute (SRA) or similar designation. Requires a State Appraiser License. Typically reports to a manager. Woodmont is seeking a professional Service Technician to assist in the maintenance operations at our beautiful 206 unit Apartment Community located in Santa Cruz. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:00am – 5:00pm with an on-call rotation. This position requires good organization skills, proven apartment turnover, painting, and custodial/housekeeping skills. This individual will interact with team members, vendors, and residents.
REQUIREMENTS:
Performs job related tasks in an timely and effective manner per company policy & procedures.
Performs daily routines as directed by the Property Manager.
Repairs and restores to proper condition, interiors, including but not limited to, appliances, furnaces, heaters, boilers, doors, hardware, cabinets, floors, plumbing, electrical, lighting and painting.
Repairs and restores to proper condition exteriors, including but not limited to, doors, windows, hardware, plumbing, fences, pools and exterior lighting.
Available to respond to after hours and weekend emergencies on an on-call rotating basis.
Required to pass physical, drug and background checks.
Valid driver's license with legally required auto insurance as well as reliable transportation.
Have own set of tools.

Salary Range:
