Appraiser Sr. (Residential Real Estate) conducts residential real estate appraisals to establish the market value generally used for lending, insurance, or other purposes. Follows standard processes for conducting on-site property inspections, data collection, and research relevant market conditions required to perform valuations. Being an Appraiser Sr. (Residential Real Estate) investigates the quality of the construction, the overall condition of the property, and the surrounding location. Uses generally accepted appraisal practice concepts and practices to perform data analysis, develop valuation estimates, and write comprehensive reports and exhibits. Additionally, Appraiser Sr. (Residential Real Estate) utilizes appraisal software tools and databases. Ensures that reports comply with required policies, formats, and regulations. May require a bachelor's degree. May require the Member of the Appraisal Institute (SRA) or similar designation. Requires a State Appraiser License. Typically reports to a manager. The Appraiser Sr. (Residential Real Estate) work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. We are seeking individuals that are interested in joining our operations crew, part-time, full-time and seasonal positions are available.
Responsibilities include:
-Cleaning properties -including interior offices and exterior grounds, janitorial in vacant and occupied buildings
-Trash pick-up (All Weather) and disposal
-Performing tasks to assist with material recycling, like brick restoration and storage of recycled building materials
- Basic Landscaping duties like weeding, grass mowing and mulching
-Snow plowing, snow blowing, shoveling, salting
-Sweeping and organization of warehouses
-Basic maintenance and upkeep of properties
We’ll need you to have the following capabilities:
Working Environment and Physical Demands:
Position requires heavy lifting (over 50 pounds), standing and walking for extended periods of time, bending at the waist, climbing, crawling, kneeling, reaching, pulling, pushing, carrying, climbing ladders and working at heights or in cramped or restrictive work chambers; dexterity of hands and fingers to operate equipment, hand and power tools, seeing to observe needed repair and driving from site to site to conduct work.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to an outdoor environment and subject to adverse weather conditions. Ability to tolerate changes in weather and be ability to complete tasks inside and outside is required.
