Appraiser Sr. (Residential Real Estate) jobs in Benton Harbor, MI

We are seeking individuals that are interested in joining our operations crew, part-time, full-time and seasonal positions are available.

Responsibilities include:

-Cleaning properties -including interior offices and exterior grounds, janitorial in vacant and occupied buildings

-Trash pick-up (All Weather) and disposal

-Performing tasks to assist with material recycling, like brick restoration and storage of recycled building materials

- Basic Landscaping duties like weeding, grass mowing and mulching

-Snow plowing, snow blowing, shoveling, salting

-Sweeping and organization of warehouses

-Basic maintenance and upkeep of properties

We’ll need you to have the following capabilities:

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to safely operate vehicles and powered equipment, such as mowers, edgers, line trimmers, tractors, pressure washers, snow blowers, chain saws, electric clippers, and pruning saws.
• Ability to use hand tools, such as shovels, rakes, pruning saws, saws, hedge or brush trimmers, or axes.
• Ability to use interior cleaning equipment such as vacuums and floor scrubbers.
• Ability to follow project instructions from manager or supervisor.
• Adhere to company rules and regulations.
• Must maintain a tidy and safe workspace.

Working Environment and Physical Demands:
Position requires heavy lifting (over 50 pounds), standing and walking for extended periods of time, bending at the waist, climbing, crawling, kneeling, reaching, pulling, pushing, carrying, climbing ladders and working at heights or in cramped or restrictive work chambers; dexterity of hands and fingers to operate equipment, hand and power tools, seeing to observe needed repair and driving from site to site to conduct work.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to an outdoor environment and subject to adverse weather conditions. Ability to tolerate changes in weather and be ability to complete tasks inside and outside is required.

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour

• 8 hour shift

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
