Appraiser Sr. (Residential Real Estate) conducts residential real estate appraisals to establish the market value generally used for lending, insurance, or other purposes. Follows standard processes for conducting on-site property inspections, data collection, and research relevant market conditions required to perform valuations. Being an Appraiser Sr. (Residential Real Estate) investigates the quality of the construction, the overall condition of the property, and the surrounding location. Uses generally accepted appraisal practice concepts and practices to perform data analysis, develop valuation estimates, and write comprehensive reports and exhibits. Additionally, Appraiser Sr. (Residential Real Estate) utilizes appraisal software tools and databases. Ensures that reports comply with required policies, formats, and regulations. May require a bachelor's degree. May require the Member of the Appraisal Institute (SRA) or similar designation. Requires a State Appraiser License. Typically reports to a manager. The Appraiser Sr. (Residential Real Estate) work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project.     Responsibilities

    • Graduate from PLACE Launch

    We have a super-dialed 86-day launch program that teaches you everything you need to know to be a successful agent in today's market. The average new agent closes 1-3 transactions during this time, and a seasoned agent can close over 9.

    • Work with buyers to find the perfect home, write the offer, and get it accepted!

    Who doesn't love to look at houses all day? Be a student of the game while you master our proven buyer's consultation.

    • Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers

    Nothing better than in-person training to learn the ins and outs of Real Estate!

    • Conduct two open houses monthly

    Host 2-3 open houses monthly, taking a weekend off each month for work/life balance. We have great training around this including a certification course

    • Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
    • Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
    • Participate in team activities per team standards
    • Commit to 1:1 coaching sessions, weekly trainings, and Partner Call

    Qualifications

    You are a motivated Realtor, hungry for success and willing to learn. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others, and identifying solutions.
