Follows standard processes for conducting on-site property inspections, data collection, and research relevant market conditions required to perform valuations. Being an Appraiser Sr. (Residential Real Estate) investigates the quality of the construction, the overall condition of the property, and the surrounding location. Uses generally accepted appraisal practice concepts and practices to perform data analysis, develop valuation estimates, and write comprehensive reports and exhibits. Additionally, Appraiser Sr. (Residential Real Estate) utilizes appraisal software tools and databases. Ensures that reports comply with required policies, formats, and regulations. May require a bachelor's degree. May require the Member of the Appraisal Institute (SRA) or similar designation. Requires a State Appraiser License. Typically reports to a manager. Our Photographer and Courier Position:
The job description is that of setting up new property listings by taking pictures for a photo home tour and installing our for sale sign while at the property.
Right now we are looking for a dedicated professional who enjoys the out doors, has no problem spending time on the road around town and presents a great first impression when meeting new people. This person must be experienced in photography, can handle a digital camera, technically astute in moving photos from a digital camera to a computer, able to capture angles and dimensions of a room or house exterior and able to move swiftly in doing so. They will be taking pictures of the new property listings we take on each day. This position also requires installing our for sale signs and digital key boxes on new property listings as well as taking them down when the property sells.
We will provide the new team member with a company vehicle for use on the job and cover the expenses for gas. It is very important the applicant live within 20 – 30 mins of the Killeen area as well.
