We are a reputable residential real estate appraisal firm currently in search of a licensed residential real estate appraiser to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as both a field agent and a comprehensive report completer.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct property inspections and scheduling efficiently.

- Capture high-quality photographs of subject properties and suggested comparable sales/listings during inspections.

- Utilize mobile Total and Apex 7 mobile sketching tools effectively.

- Complete full appraisal reports promptly and accurately when required.

Compensation:

- Inspection fees typically range from $150 to $250 per property, depending on complexity.

- Full appraisal report fees generally range from $250 to $350 , also dependent on property complexity.
