Position Overview:
As the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, the Secretary/Receptionist will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere. This position involves a combination of administrative support and front desk responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Greet clients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and courteously.
• Provide administrative support to executives and team members.
• Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings.
• Prepare and edit documents, reports, and correspondence.
• Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital.
• Assist in managing office supplies and inventory.
• Perform general clerical duties to support office efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a secretary or receptionist.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
• Knowledge of commercial real estate practices is a plus.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
