Job Summary:
The Architect – Mid Level serves to work with Senior Architects to efficiently develop building designs utilizing Revit and associated BIM software. In addition, the Staff Architect coordinates with other in-house engineering disciplines to coordinate the designs of multiple projects.
In this role, you will:
- Work with Architectural Manager and other experienced architects on day-to-day tasks
- Work with all design team disciplines daily
- Attend meetings with clients and/or project team and perceive information critical for project success
- Utilize creative insight and practical solutions
- Research code requirements necessary for each design
- Assist with and/or prepare any design presentations for the client
- Develop and coordinate project documents from schematic design through construction administration
- Delegate responsibilities within the team for efficient workflow
- Communicate design recommendations
- Meet established project budgets and schedules
You will be a great fit if:
- You have a Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Architecture (or a four-year Bachelor of Science in Architecture Design degree)
- You have a minimum of 5 years’ experience
- You are proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Sketchup, and other visualization tools
- You understand building codes and ADA requirements
