Architect jobs in Madison, WI

Iconica is looking for an Architect to join our team! We approach things differently and are out to change the perceptions of our industry. Tasked with transforming the client’s intent, this position will focus on planning and executing projects from inception through completion, developing design and technical solutions throughout all phases of a project. Specific responsibilities include:

• Preparing schematic design, design development, and construction documents
• Collaborating with engineering and construction professionals to deliver projects on schedule and within budget
• Participating in client presentations and meetings

Qualified candidates will have the following:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited university
• Minimum three years of commercial design and production experience with conceptual, schematic and construction documents, and construction administration 
• Demonstrated software proficiency in Revit and Enscape (proficiency in Bluebeam and MasterSpec is a plus)
• Proficiency in computer operation design programs (REVIT software and BIM360)
• Proficiency in Procore (preferred)
• Enthusiasm for the design/build approach including collaboration with engineering and construction professionals
• Effective working individually and within team environments
• Strong time management, organizational and priority setting skills
• High initiative and passion for learning
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
