Job Description:
- Multi-Family, Commercial and NYCHA project experience (NYS & NYC projects)
- REVIT, AutoCAD
- Experienced with historic preservation & rehabilitation.
- Manage multiple filings and drawing sets for large preservation and rehabilitation multifamily projects spread all over the NY Metro Area.
- Manage a team of junior architects and consultants. The candidate will be able to manage client relationships while committing to and meeting deadlines.
- The ability to visit sites and determine practical solutions to field conditions is a must.
- Daily tasks will include production of drawings and specifications for the renovation and restoration of thousands of apartments around New York City and the region. Visits to the field will be required for taking measurements and site photographs of existing conditions.
- Design, Detail and Draft plans
- Travel to the field as needed
- Licensed Architect (would be a plus)
