Job Summary We are seeking a “disruptive” and strategic Enterprise Architect (EA) -SAP to join our team! You will be joining a great IT environment, where change and respect are embedded in our culture. The EA is a key position to drive our transition to an SAP ecosystem to integrate and optimize it for maximum efficiency and effectiveness. Principal Responsibilities Deliver Enterprise Architecture artifacts by business capability, both horizontal/functional (ex. Manufacturing, Finance, …) and vertical/cross-functional ones (ex. Data & BI, Integration, …). For instance: Architectural targets and roadmaps: The strategically defined succession of transitional states leading to the desired end-state (architectural target)). This includes the associated portfolio management implications in terms of the associated costs, skills, risks and success factors. Deliver conceptual solutions (very high level) aligned with architectural targets and roadmaps for pre-projects. Collaborate with a diverse set of collaborators to create and manage these artifacts. Ex. IT business partners, solution architects, information architects, infrastructure architects, application resources, business SMEs and Managers, … Define workshops strategies, lead workshops, interface with strategic suppliers (actual and potential) and think tanks, … Present to architectural boards for their consensus Assist in developing architectural practices; enterprise architecture, solution architecture, security architecture, infrastructure architecture and information architecture practices Present technological briefs (New technology, operational models and other trends) to management. Coach solution architects on their work (solution architectures & technological departments). But this goes further, as we believe enterprise architects should play a pivotal role in the development of solution architects. Occasionally, assume the responsibilities of a Solution Architect for key projects. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Education & Certificates Familiarity with the TOGAF framework is required, certification is a plus. Familiarity with other architectural frameworks is also an asset. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (ex. Computer sciences or information system management) required. A Master’s degree is an asset. Technical Skills & Experience 10 years in the field of IT, including experience in large organizations and projects, including a minimum of 5 years in defining architectural targets, roadmaps and solutions for SAP implementations Experience presenting architectural artifacts (enterprise and solution) to review boards Experience training, coaching, mentoring and influencing IT staff Expertise in integrating SAP with non-SAP applications and driving landscape transformation.
