    Job Description:

    As an Architect at Complete Design, you will play a pivotal role in leading the design and development of exceptional architectural projects. Collaborating closely with clients, engineers, and project teams, you will conceptualize, plan, and execute design solutions that respond to functional needs, aesthetic aspirations, and site context. Your creativity, technical acumen, and commitment to design excellence will contribute to the realization of impactful projects across diverse industries.


    Responsibilities:

    • Lead the design process from concept development to construction documentation, ensuring alignment with project goals and design intent.
    • Develop and communicate design proposals, sketches, renderings, and presentations to clients and stakeholders.
    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to integrate structural, mechanical, and other design considerations into architectural solutions.
    • Prepare and review construction documents, specifications, and material selections.
    • Oversee the coordination of project phases, budgets, and schedules to ensure successful project delivery.
    • Manage client relationships, actively seeking and incorporating feedback throughout the design process.
    • Stay informed about industry trends, codes, regulations, and sustainable design practices.
    • Mentor and guide junior architects, interns, and drafters.


    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
    • Professional licensure as an Architect in Washington State or ability to acquire.
    • Proven experience in architectural design and project management.
    • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
    • Strong understanding of design principles, construction techniques, and building systems.
    • Excellent communication skills to convey design concepts and collaborate with project teams and clients.
    • Portfolio showcasing your architectural projects, design process, and creative thinking.
    • Previous experience in an architectural, engineering, or land surveying firm is a plus.
