The applicant must be:

• Self-starter with the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting with knowledge and interest in commercial architecture and interior design

• Strong technical and graphic ability

• The candidate must proficient in Revit

Job Requirements

• Draft plans/mark-ups for the purpose of creating construction documents.

• Review all work for completeness and accuracy prior to submitting for review.

• Revise plans according to client, manager, or reviewer comments.

• Assist in organizing and maintaining Revit or BIM-related files for the project.

• Takes responsibility for submitting plans on time per defined deadline.

• Ability to adhere to office Revit and BIM standards and practices.

• Perform non-routine and complex assignments from verbal instructions under minimum supervision.

• Ability to ask for additional direction and assistance when needed

• Works effectively with internal leaders as well as external clients.

• Have a sense of urgency in responding to constituents.

• Have a strong element of quality control/attention to detail at all levels.

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years architectural drafting experience.

• Associates' or Bachelor's Degree in architecture is preferred.

• College drafting courses, certificate or Associate’s degree strongly preferred.

• Experience with CAD & Revit

• Excellent communication skills

• Ability to read and interpret documents
