We are looking for a dynamic and highly motivated Drafter to join our diverse and growing Engineering team out of our Williamsville, NY headquarters.

Responsibilities: 

• Actively work on projects from concept phase to final design and through construction.
• Collaborate and share ideas with senior level staff on those projects.
• Assist with the structural drafting and layout of building systems/components in steel, concrete, masonry, wood, etc.
• Participate in project and team meetings.  

Qualifications: 

• Hold an Associates Degree with focus in Architecture, Drafting, Engineering Technology or Construction Management.
• 0-3 years of experience.
• Excellent communication skills, problem-solving skills, organizational skills and be detail-oriented.
• Working knowledge of 3D modeling software (REVIT and AutoCAD).
• Experience producing structural design construction document for building type structures (preferred)
• Experience developing Revit content including custom families (preferred)
• Excellent PC skills.
• Microsoft Office software experience required.
• Strong desire to learn and grow within the Engineering team.
• Ability to work on-site and travel if needed.

Hourly pay range: $20.00 - $33.00

Salary offered will be determined based the successful candidates’ relevant education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities. The salary offered will also take into consideration regional adjustment factors.
