We are currently seeking a Civil Drafter with expertise in infrastructure design. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in civil drafting, particularly in stormwater designs, utility layouts, grading, and drainage designs. Responsibilities:

• Lead the drafting and design efforts for civil infrastructure projects, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project specifications.
• Collaborate closely with engineers and project managers to develop comprehensive design plans and construction documents.
• Utilize advanced drafting software, such as AutoCAD, to produce detailed drawings and layouts.
• Conduct site visits and surveys to gather essential data for design development and validation.
• Perform calculations and analysis to support design decisions and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Review and incorporate feedback from clients, regulatory agencies, and project stakeholders into design revisions.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior drafting team members, fostering their professional development.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil drafting, with a focus on infrastructure design or 1-3 years civil drafting experience with EIT 
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant drafting software.
• Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, particularly in stormwater management, utility layouts, grading, and drainage.
• Experience with wood structures.
• Familiarity with regulatory standards and codes governing civil infrastructure projects.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality work on schedule and within budget constraints.
