ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Create detailed technical drawings and plans based on project specifications
• Collaborate with designers to ensure accuracy and compliance with design standards
• Utilize BIM software to create 2D plans and 3D models
• Make revisions to drawings as needed based on feedback from designer, client, engineer, and/or contractor
• Maintain organized files and documentation of all drawings and revisions
• Participate in client, company, and team meetings as needed or directed
• Follow and understand company standards and procedures
• Site visits as required
• Other duties as requested or assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in a correlating field or relevant experience
• Competent knowledge of Revit required, Enscape or Lumion a plus
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Dropbox a plus
• General knowledge of building design, building codes, and construction practices
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Strong desire to learn with the ability to work effectively as part of a team as well as independently
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills
• Attention to detail to ensure consistency and accuracy

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
