JOB DESCRIPTION: ESTIMATOR/ PROJECT MANAGER (GLASS & GLAZING)
5-10 YEARS OVERSEEING GLASS AND GLAZING PROJECTS THAT INCLUDE CURTAIN WALLS. STORE FRONTS, INTERIOR GLASS AND ENTRANCES
ESTIMATE, BIDS AND TAKE-OFFS FOR GLASS/GLAZING PROJECS.
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH A COMPANY SPECIALIZING IN COMMERCIAL CURTAIN WALLS, STORE FRONTS, ENTRANCES ETC.
REVIEW AND ANALYZE BID PACKAGES AND CONTRACTS
ATTEND MEETINGS WITH GENERAL CONTRACTORS, ARCHITECTS, ETC.
TAKE PROJECT FROM CONCEPT TO COMPLETION
EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS AND A TEAM PLAYER
BLUEBEAM, CAD AND TIMBERLINE SOFTWARE A PLUS
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
