As an Architectural Production Manager or Architectural Design Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the entire design and development process, guiding projects from concept to construction. Your expertise will be pivotal in ensuring precision, efficiency, and adherence to our quality standards.
You’ll be a great fit if:
- You demonstrate the ability to seamlessly coordinate with various professionals/trades to produce accurate construction drawings for each job start.
- You excel in effectively maintaining all standard plan files and conceptual sketches for all new plans.
- You actively contribute to the design and development of new home plans.
- You participate in pre-construction meetings as needed, reviewing plans to ensure consistency and accuracy in alignment with contract details and customer expectations.
- Your effective management of deadlines ensures that pre-construction activities align seamlessly with sales, operations, and construction schedules.
- You are dedicated to upholding drafting standards and maintaining consistency in construction details and community specifications.
- You are adept at site plan development and review, making any necessary adjustments to comply with zoning and community standards, ensuring projects adhere to local regulations.
- You proficiently manage and monitor floor and roof truss design, ensuring structural integrity and safety in all projects.
- You contribute to the development and maintenance of marketing materials and sales collateral.

To be considered, you'll need:
- A technical degree or certification in Architecture, Construction Management, or similar field (or commensurate experience); bachelor's or master's degree a plus.
- A strong background in computer-aided design (CAD) for residential construction.
- A thorough understanding of residential single-family detached and attached construction; previous experience as a superintendent, project manager, or builder is a plus.
- Strong organization, effective time management skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office.
