Rugby Architectural Building Products is a wholesale distributor of specialty building products, operating out of 29 branches throughout the United States. We primarily sell lumber products for our customers to make beautiful things and build happiness.

Position: We are growing! We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative! As an Inside Sales Representative at Rugby, you'll play a crucial role in our success by driving sales and delivering exceptional service to our valued customers.

Your Day-to-Day: to excel in this role, you will need to...

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers through effective communication and exceptional service.
• Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Develop a deep understanding of Rugby's product offerings to provide expert advice and recommendations to customers.
• Efficiently and accurately process customer orders, ensuring the timely delivery of products while adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Prepare accurate price quotes and proposals for customers, negotiating terms when necessary.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner, striving for prompt resolution.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to identify opportunities and challenges.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and results, using CRM software as required.
