Architectural Glass Industries, LLC of Sandy Hook, CT, www.archglassind.com, is seeking a full-time 2-D entry level CAD programmer that is willing to learn various office responsibilities .

Architectural Glass Industries is a full service glass tempering, manufacturing and fabrication company. We have a great work atmosphere and have a great customer base. Benefits are offered to full-time employees.

If you are considered, you will be required to go through a pre-employment drug screening and background check, which we pay for.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Creating CAD drawings for the CNC waterjet.
• Using CAD shortcuts and creating blocks.
• Creating product quotes and orders for customers.
• Answering phones.
• Various office responsibilities such as filing, ordering products, etc.

Education and Qualifications

• CAD certificate or experience using 2D CAD.
• Experience creating shortcuts and blocks
• Previous customer service experience a plus
• Good math skills
• Bi Lingual/English – Spanish a plus
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check & drug screen.

The office opens at 8:00 am and closes no later than 5:00 pm. Monday thru Friday.
